As part of an ongoing (and very welcome) revival in the events industry our client is looking for administrators to help process a staff vetting process.
As an administrator you will be assisting with evaluating and registering application for events work. You will need to follow very precise, and complex procedures to ensure that all work is carried out to external standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in meeting the vetting KPI's
Assisting in the candidate reference journey from initial enquiry through to employment start date.
Ensuring that all vetting processes are adhered to
Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations
Making sure our Internal Vetting System is kept up to date
Chasing of candidates to obtain correct reference details
Bring new ideas to the table to contribute to our continual aim to deliver the best service to our candidates, learners, and clients.
Work alongside the Recruitment Team to provide support as and when required
The role is expected to last for two month, with a reasonable chance of becoming a long term role. conversely my client will look at someone seeking shorter term work.
