We are looking for a focused and diligent team member to come on board and assist with the transferring of documents to a digital format.
This role require a high level of concentration and a very keen eye for detail.
The role pays up to £11.50ph for the right person. There is scope for this role to either be extended or made permanent,
- Administrative role responsible for the timely and accurate dispatch of insurance documents and invoices to clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital to ensure the correct documentation is attached and sent to the correct recipients in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Adherence to agreed processes is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of what can sometimes be repetitive work.
- Good communication skills required to resolve queries promptly and efficiency.
- Strong IT skills required to manage collation of information and documents from various different systems.
