Job Description

We are recruiting for a growing Freight Forwarding company within the Colnbrook area, They are seeking an Office Assistant to support the Import Operations to join their team this is a very varied position with lots of scope to grow

Daily duties will include:

  • Complete data entry
  • Manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing post
  • Tracking shipments
  • Updating customers
  • Learn custom entries
  • Liaising with customers
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Driving to collect and deliver customs documents
  • Faxing and photo coping and filing documentation

Skills needed:

  • Hold a full clean driving license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • PC literate

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
