Trainee IFA Administrator
Full time, permanent
£19,000-£20,000 (starting salary)

My client based in the outskirts of Ipswich are looking for a financial services company, have a rare opportunity for a candidate to join the team with some previous administration experience and / or a degree. This role will be a training role whereby you will learn and develop the key skills needed to become a IFA administrator. This prestigious firm have a lot to offer for the right candidate, and support is given to grow and develop your career at any stage. What's involved?

• Deal with the daily post, and update tasks accordingly.

• Complete valuations

• Monitor diary tasks and chase where required.

• Monitor email inboxes.

• General adminisatrion.

• Answering the phone and dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Preparing documents for meetings

• Data entry and input

• Draft and send out communications via email and post.

Why you?

You will have a years' worth of previous administration experience and will be comfortable working within a busy environment whereby customer service is key. You will have good IT skills and will be able to manage your time accordingly based on workload. You will also have good communication skills.
