We are looking for an Administrator/ Office Assistant to play a vital role in the operation of our day-to-day office activities.

This is a Leeds-based job in funky offices, with constant training and development, on-tap Chupa Chups, office whippets, free parking and lots of other rewards and perks.

What will you be doing?

As part of your job as our Administrator, your daily tasks include:

  • Administration: setup new clients (data, project setup, time and task management)
  • Community administration: connecting with and messaging our community via LinkedIn and other online tools
  • Database administration: keeping our Salesforce data clean, researching new clients, updating existing clients
  • Client care: onboarding new clients, helping the team keep them happy

Who are we looking for?

We need somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is organised, and who can support the Director and Trainers.

  • Excellent time management skills and cool under pressure
  • Great communicator both on the phone, face to face, and online.
  • Ability to prioritise different jobs and work to a deadline.
  • Great with computers, systems, and data.
  • Experience with the MS Office suite and databases like Salesforce and Trello.
  • Experience working in a busy office.
