My client based in central London is looking to recruit a full time Operations Administrator with exceptional attention to detail to join their well established and friendly team. You will be working as part of a hard working and professional team within a company who promote a real family feel
As the Operations Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact welcoming clients into the office
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and letters
- Data processing (attention to detail is crucial)
- Distributing post
- General office admin i.e. printing, filing, photocopying, scanning docs etc
