Administrator / Scheduler

1-1 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a busy maintenance company as a works scheduler and administrator.
This is a growing company and a new role, which is needed to satisfy increased demand. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent telephone manner, strong administration skills and experience working in a busy, high pressure work environment. If you have experience in a scheduling role or property maintenance or similar, that would definitely be an advantage.
Unfortunately there isn't any public transport to the office, so you will need to drive to get there.
Day to day responsibilities:
-Receive calls from clients and record job requirements
-Schedule engineers diaries and book in maintenance works
-Update customers on engineer attendance, work progress and quotes for works
-Order parts and materials required for jobs
-Update database on completed works and prepare paperwork for invoicing
-Other general admin as and when required
-Excellent customer service
-Be able to prioritise workload
-Confidence when dealing with customers
-Strong organisation and administration skills
-IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of databases
-5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, NVQ Business Administration Level 2
-On site parking
-23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
