Connect2Care are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for an Early Years Care Trainer to cover Essex.

As a Trainer, you will be working across Essex attached to an office base in Basildon alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from nurseries to pre-schools.

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Early Years Care industry to management level and you should hold a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification. A Level 5 industry qualification would also be beneficial.

It would be an advantage to hold your assessing qualification and be experienced but the role is open to qualified and unqualified assessors. A full induction and training package is offered to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.
