We are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator to join our busy team, working 5 days a week basis (Monday- Friday). The post holder will provide administrative support to the Senior Claims Handler on all claims related queries and also provide support to the team with all general enquiries.
The post holder will have:
- Previous experience in customer services role within an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent understanding of administration systems and be able to follow set processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience within the insurance or associated financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
