Contract Support Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support Administrator to join our client's team in the London Office who work within the Facilities Maintenance Sector.
This is a Contract role until March 2022 with a view to being Permanent £15.50 ph. / £30k - £31kp.a.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide high quality, professional administrative support to the business.
To work alongside the Operations and Business Support teams to maintain systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
We are looking for someone who can respond quickly and confidently to enquiries while at the same time delivering great client support.
Duties & Responsibilities
Initial handling and logging of client requests via telephone or email
Liaise with and provide feedback to customers on the progress of jobs
Liaise with external contractors
Create jobs using our customer database
Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress
Liaise with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication
Attend weekly & monthly meetings with Managers covering compliance & PPM schedules.
Familiar with Works In Progress (WIP)
Supervision of monthly P&L / Provide static reports
Ensuring that all documentation is received from Sub-contractors with regards to Health & Safety and Company Legislation.
Updating client portals
Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
Responsible for all Compliance administration
Your experience in a similar role will drive your success. You will be proficient in the CAFM system Concept, FM Compliance, administration, and general facilities management administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educated to GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English
Hours Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
