A Temporary Customer Service Administrator Job In Chipping Sodbury, to work in a housing association.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will be the following:

  • First point of contact for call handing
  • Raising job on the in-house system
  • Booking appointments for engineers and operative to attend customers properties
  • General admin


What you'll need to succeed

  • You need to have administration and customer service experience previously.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Well organised
  • Ability to meet deadlines


What you'll get in return

  • You will receive an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour + holiday
  • This role is 4 weeks temporary initially with the possibility of extension
