Job Description

Recruitment 99 are looking for a customer service assistant for our client based in Hanwell W7.

You will be taking calls from customers throughout the day - logging each call on the internal system and following up on tasks to ensure customer satisfaction is met.

There will also be emails which come in to the desk which require attention and action - you will be responsible for delegating the work to the different stakeholders and then ensuring smooth communication to and from the customer.

Working hours are (Apply online only) Monday - Friday

We are looking for a confident experienced person who can join the team, pick up the role quickly and be able to work independently.
