Job Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrators/Sales Order Processor x 12
Location: Nottingham/Hucknall/North Nottingham
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Sunday 40 hours per week
Salary: £9.11ph- onsite parking available
Added perk: £20 per week bonus for every full week worked plus an additional £500 bonus to be paid w/c 10th January!
Our client are a well-known mail order company and are looking for staff to join them over their busy seasonal periods, we are looking to recruit experienced Customer Support Administrators.
You will be expected to handle a high-volume inbound calls handling a variety of customer queries from order placing, delivery scheduling and handling payments.
Candidates will also be required to resolve complaints and issues in a professional and calm manner. Our client pride themselves on providing a seamless service to their customers and are looking for like-minded applicants.
Applicants will be required to work weekend overtime and commit to a contract until after the New Year
The company are based within North Nottingham with easy access to regular public transport links.
Successful candidates will have proven customer service experience preferably within a call centre environment, have good attention to detail and be available for overtime when required.
