COMPETITIVE SALARY OF £19,266

WORKING A SHIFT PATTERN (INITIAL 12 WEEKS MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9:00am - 5:30pm)

START DATE: 13th December

The Role:

  • Carrying out customer resolution administration tasks
  • Meeting our clients standards
  • Ensuring KPIs and service levels are met through answering inbound customer service calls
  • Engaging in daily team chats with your peers in order to provide and receive support
  • Receiving high quality coaching and training to satisfy client requirements
  • Working with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems



A Successful Candidate Will Display The Following:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Has a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to build good rapport with customers
  • Self-motivation to find the right solution for client customers
  • Computer literate
  • Strong attention to detail
