Job Description

A highly respected and prestigious company in Telford is seeking a Customer Service Manager to mentor and develop their small yet high performing Customer Service team throughout their exciting period of growth.

The Role

  • Effective management of the Customer Service team (team of 4) inclusive of training, development, KPI reporting and supporting the professional/personal development of colleagues
  • Taking a customer-centric attitude toward all tasks - ensuring an excellent level of customer service is delivered at all times
  • Managing any customer escalations in a professional and timely manner through to effective resolution
  • Develop, review and implement new procedures
  • Work closely with the wider Senior Management team to promote a collaborative and synergised working environment
  • Maintenance / management of internal CRM system (SAP
  • Management of KPI's ensuring all SLA's are met
  • Conducting performance reviews to empower and promote progression within the team
  • Providing administrative support during vital tender processes

The Person

  • Proven experience in managing high-performing teams in the commercial sector
  • A driven, passionate, person-focused leader
  • A confident communicator at all levels
  • Experience on SAP would be beneficial but not essential

The Package

  • Starting salary of up to £37,000pa
  • Work pattern of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
