Are you a great English Teacher looking for your next role in a Wirral faith school?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated English Teacher to a mixed 11-18 faith school based on the Wirral. This position is to start in January 2022 and will continue for 12 months, covering a maternity leave. This is a full time, long-term role and our client are interested in receiving applications from ECTs, RQTs and experienced teachers. This secondary academy is looking for an English Teacher who can teach across all key stages, has excellent subject knowledge and behaviour management. Salary depends on experience but pay for this position is up to £189.52 per day, in line with agency workers regulations.

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, Key Stage 5 experience is advantageous
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
