Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Finance and Operations Administrator who will be responsible for providing admin support in the areas of finance, operations, marketing/PR, and sales.
Our client is an award-winning social enterprise and international IT consulting business that employing autistic adults as consultants in the fields of data analytics, cybersecurity, and quality assurance. As a social enterprise, they aim to increase and improve the employment opportunities for those on the autism spectrum by providing high-quality career. In the process, they hope to shift perceptions by demonstrating the benefits of a neurodiverse workplace.
Please note this role can be worked remotely (must live in the UK) with once a month travel to their London office.
The overall purpose of this role is to provide operations with everyday finance and administration support including but not limited to -
- Bank administration and audits
- Accounting administration
- Month end invoicing
- Supplier set ups and due diligence
- Supplier audits
- Back Office recruitment administration
- Sales administration
- Continuous and pro-active improvement of their procedures
To be successful as a Finance and Operations Administrator you will previous experience in a finance administration role, be resilient and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of an ambitious company and flexible to assist with a broad variety of tasks. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and always look for chances to make things work more efficiently.
