The Company:

Our client is a financial advisory firm that provide a truly holistic approach to their clients. They specialize investments, pensions, employee benefits, tax planning and long-term care. They are small firm with a friendly office that prioritize loyalty and working together.

As their financial services team is partnered with a large law firm they have an ongoing stream of new business and are therefore in need of an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who wants to join a small, close-knit team.

The Role:

This position would suit someone who has previous experience in an IFA office and a good understanding of the services they provide and someone who is comfortable working closely with financial advisors.

The role will involve handling all administration and acting as the first point of contact for clients. You will be expected to pitch in where needed and support the financial advisors with various duties.

Daily Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Advise on general product quires.
  • Processes new business and liaising with new clients.
  • General office and administrative duties.
  • Research and apply information requests.
  • Assist with suitability letters.
  • Up-date the back-office system.

Essential Requirements:

  • A good understanding of industry products such as pensions and investments.
  • Confident and professional
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and keep up to date with regulations and products.
  • Industry relevant professional qualifications.
  • Experience using provider platforms.
  • Competent speaking with clients on their financial plans.

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience using back-office systems such Intelligent Office.


  • Monday - Friday (37 hour per week)
