Capio Recruitment are expanding! We're currently on the lookout for an ambitious Recruitment Administrator to join the team.

Experience in recruitment would be fantastic, though we are happy to consider applications from people with admin skills picked up in other industries.

This role would suit someone who is organised and has a keen passion for processes, having previously worked in the Recruitment or Financial Services industry would be advantageous, but a good attitude and work ethic will be just as important!

What will the role involve?

This role will work supporting the Financial Services Recruitment team, providing support to the Director and the Consultants on your desk. Full training will be provided within this role.

You job role will involve helping your team to write job descriptions for their clients, and then helping the team searching for suitable candidates on a range of job boards.

You will also be checking company websites to see which firms are hiring and making the Consultants aware of this. You will learn how to write and format CVs and also you will take part in emailing candidate profiles to prospective clients.

What will you need to be successful?

Full training will be provided but we are looking for someone with relevant administrative skills. You will need to be a quick and accurate typist, confident with Microsoft Word and Outlook. You will also need to be a quick learner, with strong reading and writing skills.

The recruitment industry is the epitome of you get out what you put in, so you will need to be self-motivated and driven.
