Graduate Solicitor Apprentice

We have two vacancies in our Chelmsford office for *Law Graduates to apply for the role of Graduate Solicitor Apprentice within our core Real Estate team, *on this occasion, we are requesting only LLB or GDL graduates apply.

What does the apprenticeship include?

This 27 month programme has been designed for applicants who have already completed a degree and prepares them for the Solicitors Qualifying Exams, Parts 1 & 2. Upon successful completion, subject to SRA Character & Suitability test, Apprentices will become a qualified lawyer ready for day 1 as a qualified Solicitor.

The apprentices studies via a blended learning approach including online independently, following detailed guidance, supervised by a subject tutor supported by live webinars and face to face sessions. A skills-coach reviews the apprentice's progress every 12 weeks through 1-to-1 tutorials and progress reviews.

The department:

Our property lawyers are particularly experienced in dealing with development and investment, planning, secured lending, landlord and tenant, agricultural and residential property matters.

Commercial real estate acquisitions are often dealt with in the broader context of major transactions such as company acquisitions or re-organisations. Our team works closely with the firm's specialist Corporate Team to ensure that our clients are given the best possible advice appropriate to each transaction.
