Newly created due to ambitious growth plan, high profile, working with an exciting, innovative and growing company. Your new role
The role is key as you will join the senior leadership team to own and develop the entire people strategy for the organisation, from talent attraction, through to retention and performance initiatives going above and beyond to advocate that our client are a people first organisation. The people are at the heart of this business, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing the best employee experience, to deliver the business results. You will be down to earth, empathetic and a strong leader who will help to design the future people strategy and influence at all levels to ensure it is delivered.

  • A good grounding in legal HR matters
  • CIPD MCIPD qualified is desirable
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and confident with IT
