Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Head of Human Resources, at the forefront of their business who possesses a blend of interpersonal skills, expertise and experience, Level 7 CIPD qualified and ideally from the health care/service provider or fast-moving commercial sectors.
The Head of Human Resources can drive the strategic HR direction and provide measurable and meaningful results, and is adept at providing hands on pragmatic solutions.
It can be a difficult task to balance best practice with commercial pressures and you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of delivering people strategies and tangible positive effects these have had on service delivery.
The job will never be dull and no two days the same; getting buy-in on people strategies from managers and being able to influence and persuade workforce changes, to the overseeing and managing the HR team on day-to-day matters such as employee relations, along with all the associated aspects of managing the employee life cycle. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead the business through periods of high change.
This is a most varied role. We are looking for someone with the experience and vision of successfully managing high-quality, scaled HR operations - you will have an engaging positive approach to challenges and will demonstrate successful and effective solutions.
