HR Administrator - 12 month FTC
We are working with an independent franchise business with a fab brand, who is seeking an HR Administrator to support 2 sites (close by each other) with c180 employees. This is a broad generalist admin support role which will suit someone who is looking to develop their HR Advisory experience.
You would be responsible for the provision of HR support and administration, ensuring the Company adheres to group HR policies and procedures, and all people documentation is up to date ie employment contracts are sent out efficiently. This role will also see you get involved in wider Office Management duties like organising events. You will have the support of a Senior HR Advisor in another site.
Ideally our client would like the HR Administrator to join in December to enable a period of hand-over.
