Rate - £10.77ph PAYE
My top Blue chip client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator, someone to be responsible for completing administrative activities aligned to a colleagues pay, sick pay and contracts and ensuring they are processed efficiently. Including but not limited to completing transactions in salary changes, role code changes, one-off payments and internal company move contracts. On top of this you will develop great knowledge in Reward processes and policies to complete Reward queries/cases and raise anything complex to the HR SME.

*Confidentiality: Understand the need for confidentiality in regard to documents processed, systems maintained and access to confidential material within the HR community.
*Collaboration: Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues to deliver a first class service, be seen as personable & support each other to achieve Salas & overcome problems.
*Continuous Improvement: To continually look at ways of improving process and procedures within the HR function to improve the level of support provided to the customer.
*IT Competency: Able to learn/pick up how to use internal systems as part of the role is administration on internal systems.
*Colleague Experience: Delivering a service which goes above and beyond our colleagues expectations, especially when it comes to resolving problems. Showing the customer (our colleagues) how important they are by always interacting in a helpful & positive way.
*Communication & Relationships: Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with new joiners to the business in a clear, supportive and friendly manner as well as building good & trustworthy relationships with new joiners.
