Client Details

Our client, a large, fast-paced brand, based in Avonmouth, Bristol are looking for an immediately available HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary or temp-to-perm basis.


Duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Take a lead on employee engagement, leading initiatives that drive a positive site culture such as recognition schemes and our weekly/monthly newsletter
  • Maintain the site's personnel records, including sickness and absence data, holiday entitlement and training documentation
  • Work closely with the time and attendance system, accurately maintaining and processing information to the payroll team for processing
  • Get involved in recruitment and the new starter process, such as issuing contracts and processing reference requests


The successful candidate for the role of HR Administrator will possess:

  • Experience as an HR Administrator/Assistant within a fast-paced HR team
  • A good understanding of basic HR processes
  • General confidence with the use of IT, especially Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity
