Pertemps have a brilliant opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a large and highly reputable organisation, located in Crownhill. This is a chance to join an extremely friendly and supportive HR team and work for a highly valued employer.
As the HR Advisor, you will provide advice and support to Managers and staff at all levels on performance management, absence management, grievance, disciplinary processes in line with the company policies & procedures using your excellent employment law knowledge and good practice. You will take a keen interest in researching and implementing a variety of creative health and wellbeing initiative, present clear and persuasive advice using excellent communication skills, as well as being able to showcase a proven track record of driving and delivering change within a diverse organisation.
Delivering an effective HR service to business areas, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and in line with best practice in people management.
Liaising closely with business leaders and managers to monitor HR practices and ensure compliance providing professional advice and guidance.
Leading in case management, supporting attendance issues, performance management, grievance and disciplinary, minor restructures and re-evaluation of posts in accordance with both policies and procedures and best practice.
Ensuring consistency and compliance with case management highlighting trends for the wider HR team learning.
Manage the Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Flexible Working processes for the business.
To liaise with external agencies and providers as required including employee assistance programme, occupational health, health surveillance, reward platform providers etc.
Contracted until March 2022 initially. Full time hours, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. £15 per hour.
