HR Advisor role for a Healthcare provider in London, paying £30,000 per annum.
Your new company
You will be working for a Healthcare provider as an HR Advisor, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. It is highly likely the role will be extended for a further 6 months, or become permanent. Salary will be £30,000 per annum, with 27 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays. You will predominantly work from home and the role will start on 4th January 2022 at the latest.
Your new role
The organisation run 67 GP practices across the UK and have 1,600 staff. You will report to an HR Business Partner and be responsible for managing low level ER cases, such as sickness, advising on HR queries such at maternity and paternity and HR Administration such as contract variations and supporting recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR Officer/Advisor, with a proactive and hands on approach.
