About us

What we do
The best ideas are often the simplest. The Complete Entertainment eXchange, CeX, takes the buy and sell concept and updates it by trading in digital entertainment products. CeX shops buy, sell and exchange mobile phones, games, electronics, computers, and DVDs directly from the public.

We also have sister brands where the same concept has been applied. With Designer Exchange, we trade in designer products such as handbags, watches, jewelry, etc. With KidX, we deal in children's products such as clothes, pushchairs, toys, and nursing products. With BikeX, we deal in second-hand bikes.

We are proud to be a company that celebrates our individuality and flexibility; each of us is unique, yet we still come together to do great work.

We have over 600 stores (Corporate and Franchise) in 10 countries and three brands. Our business is constantly growing, and we have a fantastic culture and a very flat management structure.

You will be working alongside
Whilst you will be working alongside lots of other teams at different times, most often, you will be working with the rest of the HR Team (6 in the UK and 9 in India). You will be reporting to Esra, our Assistant HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for you to deliver a profound positive impact on a global business.

Your environment is:
Whilst we are in between offices, we all are working from home. We anticipate being back together in our new office in London very soon. We are an eclectic bunch with flexible arrangements, it's not a surprise to see people arriving for work at all hours.

The environment is designed to encourage your creativity, whether it is at the office bar, where you will often find people chatting about an exciting new project, or in the kitchen, having a snack from our stocked fridge.

We can be huddled around someone's laptop working on a challenge or having an impromptu after-work gaming session. The idea is we are all part of a big team, where we encourage everyone to collaborate on the latest challenge or idea.

The culture you will be joining is:
We work closely as a team, and even have our own music festival each year in the summer, where you get to meet people from all over the company. We also have regular events in the office for everyone to enjoy.

Is this role a perfect fit for you? If this sounds like a role in a team that you would thrive in, then apply now, we would love to hear from you
