FJR Human Resources is currently seeking a HR Advisor to join a small but growing Tech company, based in the North West. This is a part time role (24 hrs p/w), you can go into a shared office and meet the team but the majority work remotely.
This is a standalone role looking after the entire HR function for less than 50 colleagues. You'll manage the benefits, end to end casework, engagement, coaching of managers, and oversee the full employee lifecycle.
The right person will have experience working in an SME or standalone role, preferably in the Tech field, although this isn't essential.
In order to be considered in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experienced as a HR Generalist/Advisor with an up to date understanding of UK employment law
- Flexible and motivated, able to share best practice and coach others
- Excellent stakeholder management
