Job Description

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a HR Coordinator for a fast growing retailer. This role will be based at their Edinburgh Head Office & may require travel over the UK when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a point of contact for all HR queries
  • Process all starters and leavers
  • Administration of maternity, paternity and parental leave policies
  • Managing any employee absences and providing wellbeing support
  • Manage the probationary period cycle across the business
  • Assist with Employee Relations casework
  • Administration of employee details, ensuring they are all accurate and up to date through daily maintenance of all HR systems
  • Ensuring all HR processes adhere to business standards
  • Assist the HR Manager with ad-hoc tasks and project work

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous HR experience at an Administrator/Co-Ordinator level
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise a high workload ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail/hospitality experience preferred but not essential

Salary c£28,000 + Bonus
