HR Manager - Boutique Finance - Piccadilly Circus
One of my favourite clients is seeking an HR Manager to support their London office. They have around 25 people within their London team and a really fun, sociable culture. The HR Manager would work solely within this function, so they do require an individual very experienced within this area and able to work alone.
Key duties would involve the following:
Recruiting and staffing logistics
Organizational and space planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Regulatory compliance ?and reporting
Employee orientation, development, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relationship management
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
