You are diplomatic and customer oriented. You have a Level 3 or above (equivalent CIPD qualification), ideally working towards attaining Level 5. You have proven HR experience (administration, recruitments, payroll), preferably within an international environment. You have experience of working in a fast developing and agile company. You have a high level of organisational skills across multiple and ever-changing priorities. You have a strong business acumen together with a sound and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices and the application of this to decision making. You have excellent written and verbal skills. You have good computer skills including HR Database and software. You have a proven track record of delivering a high volume of work accurately and in a timely manner. You have outstanding administrative and organization skills.

As HR Officer, you will :

- provide a high-quality HR service to the global Marketing and Enrolment Team and the GIHE Roehampton Campus in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements

- be responsible for coordinating and handling all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle from entry to departure of employees based in Central London and GIHE Campus , Roehampton.


The Office Officer essentially ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
