Job Description

Reed HR are working with a Charity based in Central London to recruit a HR People Partner on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. This role will operate on the hybrid working model, with the expectation to travel to the main office as well as work remotely as required.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide a proactive and professional HR Generalist service to employees across the organisation as well as taking the lead on projects such as Pay and Reward, Salary Benchmarking, as well as taking an analytical approach toward data and Job Evaluation processes.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Take responsibility for research, analysis and recommendations in regard to annual salary review processes, including benchmarking, external surveys, and Pay structures.

- Work with hiring managers and the Recruitment team to ensure Job Descriptions accurately reflect the actual role responsibilities and providing feedback as necessary.

- Provide advice and guidance to employees as required on the full employee life cycle including, policy and procedure, performance management, and any Employee relations casework.

- Act as the Lead and superuser of the HR system - including any audits that need to be undertaken and reviewing processes to ensure they are User friendly and up to date.

- Ensure Policies, Procedures and processes are reviewed and updated consistently

- Provide HR data analysis and reporting to Senior Stakeholders as required

- Lead on a review of the salary benchmarking and job evaluation process, coaching managers on the new process and supporting changes to job descriptions to reflect the evaluation method

This is a professional and demanding People Partner role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a similar busy HR Business Partner capacity previously. Ideally, you will have proven experience with managing a Generalist HR workload, as well as having experience with managing Salary Benchmarking, Job Evaluation frameworks, and Pay Review processes end to end.
