IFA sales support administrator, based in Putney, previous financial planning administration experienced preferred, hybrid workplace options available.

A private client administrator at our company is a highly valued person who plays a key role in ensuring that the financial planning we do for our clients runs smoothly and meets our high levels of service expectations. We provide advice on pensions, investments, and protection and our clients include individuals, business owners and companies.

The duties are varied and will centre around:

  • Preparing for client meetings and follow ups.
  • Liaising with providers, insurance companies and third parties.
  • Processing new business - submitting application forms and progressing them to completion.
  • Maintaining and updating client records.

Essential Skills
  • Previous IFA/financial planning sales support experience is preferred for this position - this could be gained from an IFA or other wealth management firm.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and any experience of using Xplan would be a great advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and possess the attention to detail skills that this role requires.
  • Able to operate as part of a small team.
  • Able to prioritise, manage the adviser's expectations and work within defined business processes.
