Job Description

This progressive and innovative firm, specialists in the manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture, are seeking an Installations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Installations Manager and team of Project Managers, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating installations teams, ensuring things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible!

Duties of the Installations Coordinator will include:

* Working closely with employees and subcontract teams from booking in installation dates, to signing off sub-contractors invoices
* Liaising with customers to secure required information and to respond to queries
* Oversee fitters and vehicles to ensure safety, compliance and relevant qualifications
* All administrative duties relating to installation management, such as picking lists and records management
* Monitoring customer service emails, responding where necessary
* Attending weekly team meetings

Installations Coordinator - what we're looking for:

* Previous experience as an Installations Coordinator, Installations Assistant or similar is essential
* The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, ensuring work is prioritised correctly
* Excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness and strong numeracy are a must
* Confident user of Outlook, Word and Excel
