A nationwide training provider is looking to recruit an experienced IT Digital Coach Assessor to work with learners in Maidstone, Kent and other locations in the South East.
As a Trainer/Mentor/Skills Coach, you will guide individuals through their Digital IT Apprenticeship training programmes - Infrastructure Technician, Network Engineering and Software Development, up to level 4, helping them successfully reach their course requirements.
To effectively manage your own learner caseload, you will assess and support learners through their Digital IT apprenticeships in either; Infrastructure Technician, Network Engineering or Software Development, within their workplace Set individual targets for each learner based on capability to ensure KPIs are met Manage your diary efficiently, to ensure regular contact and on-site visits with learners Monitor learner progress, ensuring any challenges are overcome Manage any classroom delivery, including learner profiles, lesson plans, content and the learner experience
Technical Skills and experience:
ICT Technical Skills in either Network Engineering or Software Development A Degree, Higher Education Qualification in ICT or significant industry experience in areas to be assessed is essential Hold vendor/professional qualifications such as: MTA Networking Fundamentals MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals MTA Cloud Fundamentals CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network + CCNA Desirable Teaching/Assessing qualifications: Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA (preferred, not essential) Recognised teaching / coaching qualifications – PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407 (preferred, not essential
