A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator ( from a banking or regulated environment) to join a growing and successful organisation based in the city.
- Engage with customers who have failed disbursements to ensure these are received in a timely manner.
- Creation and completion of customer redemption statements.
- Customer account administrative tasks.
- Liaise with solicitors in relation to Land registration administrative tasks.
- Complete administration tasks for our customers resulting from calls, excluding collections, and required administration tasks for customer account maintenance.
- Communication with customers and solicitors to provide disbursement and redemption information, within agreed SLA's, ensuring that written communications are appropriate.
- Complete administrative tasks in relation to Land Registry.
- General administration for customer account management.
- Speaking with customers, solicitors and creditors over the phone to efficiently deal with administrative issues.
- Accurate and up to date record keeping for customer accounts.
