Position: Office Administrator
Location: North West Birmingham
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time (8:30 - 17:00), 5 days in office
Salary/Benefits: £21,000
Start date: January

Role Details - Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a leading company on a permanent basis. Supporting the Building Manager, you will be responsible for completing administrative duties, management of the facilities and supporting the provision of the company site.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

* Processing inbound and outbound post
* Management and greeting of visitors to the site
* Maintaining accurate stock and replenishment of supplies, including vending, stationery, and general items
* Management of the building's facilities, including general site maintenance
* Completing administration tasks for the Training Academy

Skills and attributes required of the Office Administrator include:

* Good IT skills with particular knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Previous administrative experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail
