Job Description

My client a successful family run business in Sale are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for their small team of 7. My client works in the Building Sector. The offices are located close to public transport links.

This is a lovely company who I have worked with for many years, in beautiful offices close to all public transport links.

Job Role

Carrying out sales administration, process and purchase order processing.

Responding to enquiries / order placing / complaints, in a manner that appears confident, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

Have a clear understanding of the products in the product sector, full training will be given

Being commercially aware of sales opportunities when in conversation

To be prepared to make decisions in order to assist customers in fulfilling their needs.

Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner

Good VDU skills
