Carrying out sales administration, process and purchase order processing.
Responding to enquiries / order placing / complaints, in a manner that appears confident, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
Have a clear understanding of the products in the product sector, full training will be given
Being commercially aware of sales opportunities when in conversation
To be prepared to make decisions in order to assist customers in fulfilling their needs.
Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner
Confident telephone manner
Good team player
Good VDU skills
