MMP Consultancy are working with a Housing Provider based in London to recruit a Property Administrator to work alongside a property service department.
Manage contract administration support to the property services team and Head of Property Services.
Repairs enquiries, chasing contractors, raising repairs orders
Manage the general reception and administration duties including answering telephone calls and correspondence
Ensure efficient works order management: including ordering and authorising day to day repairs and maintaining up to date records of work as instructed, analysis of contractors used, types of jobs ordered and expenditure
Monitor the compliance of statutory risk contracts including domestic gas servicing, water testing and servicing, commercial gas servicing, fire equipment servicing, asbestos management, lift servicing, periodic electrical testing, electric and mechanical gates servicing and risk assessment, lightening conductors.
Experience of undertaking an administration role within the Public Sector including coordinating M&E servicing, maintenance and installation contracts
Proficient ability in using Microsoft Office and in-house IT systems
Ability to work to competing deadlines in a complex and fast-moving environment
