Affinity Trust are recruiting for a new Part Time Administrator to join our central recruitment team to support the recruitment function to our services all over the UK.

This is great opportunity to join a positive, lively & busy team, to conduct pre-employment checks for new staff coming into the organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrator who will be responsible for the support of the recruitment process from the point of conditional offer through all pre-employment checks.

The role requires a lot of communication with candidates & managers on the telephone (plus video calls), so you need to enjoy speaking to people & be a confident communicator, who can guide them through the recruitment process.

You will ensure all recruitment paperwork and checks are conducted in a timely manner and aid a positive candidate and hiring manager experience at all points of the recruitment cycle.

This role is Part Time - Weds to Fri - 22.5hrs per week (Thurs in the Office, Weds & Fri work from home)

Skills & Experience

You will need to be an experienced Administrator, ideally with a background working in a recruitment compliance or an HR environment.

You will need to have a positive 'can do' attitude and excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be very proficient in Microsoft Office and have used an Applicant Tracking System/CRM to manage candidates. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a high level of detail and accuracy.
