We are offering a 12 week temporary assignment starting ASAP with an excellent pay rate of £12 per hour. About the role
In this role, the Resourcing Consultant will be responsible for the 360 management of vacancies which includes;
- Writing and posting job advertisments
- Reviewing applications and screening candidates
- Organising interviews
- Actively source suitable candidates
- Stakeholder and candidate management
Ideally, you will have a resourcing or recruitment background and this will suit someone wanting to make the move from agency to inhouse recruitment. You'll need to be confident on the phone, as you will be liaising with both new starters and hiring managers regularly. Experience using SuccessFactors is a bonus.Additional Information
