PE Teacher for Primary and KS3 at SEN school in Medway, Jan to at least Easter 2022

I am currently working in partnership with a SEN School in Medway to recruit an experienced SEN PE Teacher to join them.

The role is to start in January 2022 and runs until at least Easter and likely end of July 2022.

You will be working in a growing SEN school located in Medway where you will join and an experienced and friendly teaching, support and leadership team. The school work hard to create a fun, safe and engaging environment for children to flourish.

Your new role
As a specialist teacher working within the schools resource provision you will work closely with all ages from Primary, mixed age complex need, and KS3 Secondary planning and resourcing creative and engaging lessons inline with the national curriculum that will support them to develop and flourish within the school. As teacher within a long term opportunity you will be required to undertake full teacher responsibilities for planning, marking and assessing and attending staff meetings, training and parents' evening. You will be required to gain a good understanding of your class from an early stage of your time at the school, to deliver a stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum and to utilise the resources available to make maximum impact on pupils learning.

All classes have TA's to support.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role it is essential that you hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant and recent experience within a classroom setting. Experienced teachers are desirable however applications from NQTs will also be considered. You will be a dynamic team player, committed to working as part of and contributing to a close knit and high performing teaching and support team, and to the wider life of the school
