Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you like the idea of working for a global asset management company going through a very interesting time?
We are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to act as the first point of contact for any HR queries as well as provide support across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and inductions to managing leavers and liaising with relevant internal teams.
This role is initially a 6-month contract paying up to £220 per day, depending on experience.
What does the day to day look like?
Act as point of contact for all HR queries
Closely liaise with payroll, reward and benefits team to ensure any relevant changes are actioned timely.
Manage incoming queries and update the HR system
Support processes to manage long term absence, including occupational health referrals
Support with onboarding of new starters and deliver day 1 induction days
Liaise with the Recruitment team to manage the pre-employment screening process
Ad-hoc HR work as requiredAre you who we are looking for?
You have previously worked in an HR Administrator capacity and you are fully competent and capable of supporting employees and managers through each stage of the lifecycle
You have good experience using HR Systems
Ideally, you have worked in an HR Team working across EMEA
You are a team player and can build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
