You will be required to manage a range of administrative tasks which will include ordering equipment, liaising with customers,engineers & various departments, Invoicing, maintaining customer modules and producing various reports for the Regional Engineering Manager.
You must be an experienced administrator with good computer skills including Microsoft Office & an eye for detail.
The successful applicant should be an efficient communicator, able to multi task and have a flexible and professional can do attitude towards work. Good organisational skills together with a pleasant telephone manner are essential.
This role is currently 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday. based in our Hainault office
